Super easy and delicious apple pie

Hello Ladies!
Apologies in being so late posting, this past week we had many celebrations for Norah-s second birthday!

This year, I didn’t made the cake, but we ordered a beautiful panda cake that made Norah and all our guests super happy! And it was delicious!

But enough said about that and let’s talk about today’s recipe: it is the mostest easiest Apple pie you have ever seen!

All you need is:

1 puff pastry

3-4 beautiful apples (Fuji or Gala)

Cinnamon to taste.

Start by pre-heating your oven to 180 degrees.

Peel your apples and cut them into thin slices.

Elegantly place your slices on the puff pastry and sprinkle as much cinnamon as you like! 🙂

Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes, but always keep an eye on it!

Et voila! Ready to be eaten with a nice cup of tea!

I hope you like it… we sure do 😉

I can’t believe little Norah is already 2 years old. How lucky she is to have a mommy that makes her delicious apple tart!

I love how simple this recipe is. Simple is usually best if you ask me. Sorry we weren’t around to celebrate the big 2 with you guys – we’ll can have a little celebration at home when we get back 🙂

Simple and it looks so nice. I always have apples in the house so maybe I’ll start keeping some pastry in the freezer. What a nice idea for unexpected guests.

Thank you Hanin! This is the perfect recipe when in need of a quick desert or pie to bring for a tea party. And I LOVE apple pie! Here’s a trick to make it shiny- put some apricot jam over the apples- very thinly spread- it will be lush! Thanks Hanin!
