Jamon on a stick

Hello ladies,

I hope you are all well!

We have been back from our beautiful trip to Canada where Norah and I were able to meet our Canadian part of the family.

We had an amazing time celebrating Thanksgiving and discovering beautiful Montreal and Toronto. My brothers were also very happy to have us over 🙂

Things have been pretty hectic since our return, which is why it took me quite some time to write this post, my apologies.

The following recipe is a very simple one, but believe me, it had a wow effect once it was put among many other pica pica (Spanish for finger food)

All you need is breadsticks, rucula (arugula) and some tasty Jamon Serrano.

Take a breadstick, place some rucula on top, and wrap it with the jamon.

et voila!

I thought it was a nice change from just placing the jamon on a plate, and brings a little freshness too!

Bon appétit!

Yummy Hanin! Beautiful presentation. I wonder…I would to try and shave pieces of melon and add that to the swirls of ham 🙂 Great idea!

That’s a great idea – such lovely presentation, plus easy to pick up and eat 🙂

How chic is that! What a lovely table of yum….wish we were closer. I’m thinking I could also use the long smoked duck breast (magret) slices in the same way.
