We Williams women love to eat, cook, bake and talk. Too bad for us that we live so far apart. That’s why we decided to start Culinary Correspondence. We want to share our favourite recipes, techniques and food experiences with each other and are happy for you to join us.
Let me introduce you to
Emily is a great cook with lots of ideas and even more enthusiasm. Emi lives in Vancouver where she likes to explore the local food scene and whips up delectable feasts for her lucky friends. She never met an ingredient she wouldn’t take on (with the notable exception of bananas).
Beth is moving towards a whole food plant-based diet, which has been challenging given her penchant for baking and French patisseries. After 3 years of vagabonding, she has moved to Barcelona… at least for now – who knows where she’ll be next year! Beth is always on the prowl for vintage cookbooks and ‘insane’ bakeries.
Hanin, fearless in the kitchen, will tackle any recipe that takes her fancy. Hanin was raised in France, moved to Jordan, married Thomas (great guy, just ask me) and now lives in Barcelona. She is the proud mom of a beautiful baby girl.
Jan, lover of all things food and entertaining, I treasure my cookbooks but won’t be their slave. I moved from Ottawa to France over 35 years ago. My husband and I live outside Paris and also in Milos, Greece.
