I hope you are all well!
We have been back from our beautiful trip to Canada where Norah and I were able to meet our Canadian part of the family.
We had an amazing time celebrating Thanksgiving and discovering beautiful Montreal and Toronto. My brothers were also very happy to have us over 🙂 Continue reading
I hope you are all well! It has been quite some time I haven’t seen you (Beth) or talked on the phone… I miss you! Well, I know it is mostly my fault, since the whole family is visiting, we’ve had very little time for ourselves… We’ll catch up soon!
In the meantime, I wanted to share with you what is probably the best tiramisu I have had in a long long time! J This post is a bit special, as I tasted it at my friend Cécile’s place, so I thought it would be nice to share it with you as well!
To give you a background about Cécile, we have actually known each other for quite some time…
I hope you are well 🙂
As you know we’ve been pretty busy here! Between work and the peque, we hardly have time to sit and relax, cook and go to the gym… maybe it is also because we have been spending some time having aperos in our little buvette… summer is officially upon us 🙂
Hello Ladies !
I hope you are well!
Today I wanted to share a summer recipe with you, because it has been raining for the past week in Barcelona and I wanted to bring a bit of sun and cheers to the table.
Hello my favorite ladies,
I am very excited to share this dish with you as it is the traditional Palestinian dish that is usually served when we have big family gatherings – and you have seen my family, you know they are BIG gatherings!
It is and always has been one of my all time favorites, not only because it is delicious, but also because it reminds me of so many good memories and fills my heart with joy.
If you remember Jan, you and Nigel actually tasted it when you were in Amman, at Zena’s place.
This time, Beth and the Man were invited to try it out!
Apologies in being so late posting, this past week we had many celebrations for Norah-s second birthday!
This year, I didn’t made the cake, but we ordered a beautiful panda cake that made Norah and all our guests super happy! And it was delicious!
But enough said about that and let’s talk about today’s recipe: it is the mostest easiest Apple pie you have ever seen!
I hope you are all well. This week I have decided to share with you one of the recipes that I discovered while doing my 90 day SSS Plan (Shift, Shape and Sustain).
I am now on the 3rd month of the plan and it has really been a great journey! I have never eaten so much, cooked so often and enjoyed going to the gym 🙂
This is the recipe you tasted during our Christmas holidays, cooked with Emi’s help 🙂
It is a reduced carb recipe that you can have anytime, guilt free!
If you decide to have it after you’ve worked out, you can add in 50-75 gr of pasta 🙂 yum.
